John joined Longmores in October 2003 after retiring from a 35 year career in Banking and Finance that involved appointments in rural areas of Victoria and city environments of Adelaide and Melbourne. The position of Regional Executive for 15 years has enabled John to develop an understanding of the clients’ business needs and business activities in a wide range of Industries including an in depth knowledge of Bank funding structures and Risk Management strategies to support Industry and Business in their operating cycles. John has the role of Practice Manager and is responsible for most of the administration and client service functions of the firm.
